Dont Use this company

I CONTRACTED with this company to transport my car from California to NJ. I made the arrangements almost 3 weeks in advance and was assured by Julien I would get my car picked up on the day I requested. The morning before my car was supposed to get picked up i again spoke to Julien who assured me the driver would be there to get my car the following day. A few hours later I got a call from someone else at the company stating the driver cancelled and they cant ship my car. They referred me to another company that could transport my car a few days later.
I was promised they would pay $100 toward the extra costs of the other transport but their idea of paying for it is refunding MY DEPOSIT. They apparently feel that they can keep my deposit even though theyre not transporting my car but simply because they found another company. That deposit should go toward paying for the transport--thats what deposits are for--not for them to keep. They claim to be refunding $100 of my $150 deposit and that $100 according to them is them being nice and theyre helping me to defray costs??
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I highly recommend finding another company to transport your car. I was ripped off!

We would have to significantly disagree with this review. Steve set up a move from the bay area of California to New Jersey and all was ago the day before pick-up as he stated. However, the driver ran into issues that were totally out of his control and couldn't make the pick up. We alerted Steve right away and told him we would be willing to refund his deposit or we could look for a sister company in the area to make the pick-up for a broker's fee. He agreed and after we set him up with our sister company for pick up and put them in contact with him he said he wanted to cancel the order and desired for us to issue a refund citing that he could have found that company himself when in fact he could not have found a driver to pick him up within 5 hours like we did for him. His car was picked up on time and delivered safely as we agreed to do and we kept in contact with Steve the whole time and still issue a partial refund for the inconvenience. We felt that was very fair considering the circumstances.
