I would never use this company again. I booked with this company in advance and wasted 2 weeks with them giving me the run around. I called several times regarding my pick up and their reply was "We are curerently working on it", "I will called dispatch and dispatch will call you", "Can't you wait just one more day"?, "Someone will call you by the end of the day", (their famous saying) My credit card was charged immediately and as of now I am still looking for my refund of $150.00. This is the first review I have ever taken the time to write and thought it be beneficial to whoever is thinking about using this company.
