I can't speak for everybody but I can speak for myself and my experience with official auto transport was very good. I set up shipment on a El Dorado from Virginia Beach to San Antonio and within 2 days they had a driver for me. the car would not start at the pick up location and the driver was nice enough to give me a jump and then loaded and got the car delivered in 3 days which was earlier than the 5 Days he said it would take. The driver was nice and Julian was very helpful from start to finish.
