I had never shipped a car so I was very questionable and unsure about the total process. I was Shipping my Sons Car because he is going to College. I shipped the car from Weston Florida to Bloomington Indiana. I was even more confused but Juilen at Official Auto took the time and explained the process telling me the need to know things about the industry. There were better rates out there but i am very pleased with Official Auto and would not hesitate to call Julien back. Thanks Julien at Official Auto Offical Auto did an excellent Job
