LIES LIES LIES about Pickup Date! Horrible customer service

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! These guys are serial liars. They give you a timeframe in which they'll get back to you and schedule a pickup, then they throw the timeline out the window and YOU are forced to deal with their incompetent customer service people.

They happily took my $175 deposit and told me they'd call me within 5 days to tell me when they'd pick up my car. More than five days passed and I still hadn't heard anything, so I called Eugene (salesperson) who said they'd call back the next day to confirm the pickup time. The next day they never called, so I called Eugene back again. He promised me that he'd look into what happened, and call back within an hour to let me know what time they'd pick the car up the following day. 8 hours later, I called him back, but he had already left for the day. I asked for his supervisor who told me he looked at my order and no date for pickup had even been scheduled yet. I asked for a refund, and he agreed, but the money was never returned. STAY AWAY FROM SHADY BUSINESSES LIKE THIS ONE!
