Pick up is a nightmare

I scheduled to pick up on Aug 27, 08 and my flight is the next day. On the supposed pick up day, no one showed up and I frantically kept calling their answer machine. I end up sending my car to my friend and let him taking care of the car. After three days of calling, promising, lying, cursing, a real driver finally called and get the car picked up. The transporting and delivery is ok but their customer unservice and not-picking up is really beyond imagination. It is funny they have have a name like "official" but their service is worse than government offices for sure.
