MILITARY FAMILY MOVING (HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE)

(((We have an 8 month old baby and are on a schedule to drive to our new duty station on July 20. I graduate from my C-School on July 19th and scheduled our vehicle pick up for July 18th.)))We recieved orders to go the WA and had a friend who was also going to WA, and he saw this company online and decided to go with them( OFFICIAL AUTO TRANPORT). Well, we checked their reviews online and weren't too comfortable with all the negative reviews we saw, but since our friend was going with them we decided to give them a chance. We placed an order on July 7th and scheduled a pick up on July 18th. We also gave them their $150.00 deposit liked they asked 2 weeks before the pick up. About 4 days before the pick up we started wondering when they would call us just to confirm our pick up. We called that day and no one answered. We called that next morning and talked to a woman named Ann who was handling our case and she stated that she had been cooridnating our pick up with the driver, she also stated she would get back to us before her company closed, she never did. We called the next day several times, left plenty of voice messages as well as e-mails, and not one response. We finally get ahold of Ann and she had the same excuse about her trying to cooridnate things with the driver, thats crap!! This company tries to scam you!!! We get a hold of Ann again and tell her how unhappy we are, and their customer service sucks, she puts us on hold for 20 minutes and never gets back on the phone. Well today is July 18th, the day our vehicle was supposed to be picked up and be on its way to WA and it's still sitting in our garage @ 7pm. Yet they still have our deposit. Now we are stuck in a bad position where our departure day is in 2 days and we need to find a new company to ship our vehicle 1300 miles away. This company has the worst customer service, they do not answer the phone, return calls or e-mails, not reliable. In conclusion, this company SUCKS!!!!!!

Unfortunately this particular customer had a rare experience. The driver scheduled was severely delayed due to other customer hold ups and was unable to make the pick up we apologized and refunded the customer.
