I will never use this carrier again and neither should you. Abusive, foul mouthed staff. Mr Ochirbat Ragchaa is a Racist and if your not Asian you will be treated with contempt. The Company cancelled on me at the last minute. Look elsewhere for a carrier. I would grade them negative 5 stars if I could.
