I purchased an inoperative Porsche 928 from a private party in New Jersey and debated whether to use a friend car hauler to pick up the car myself or hire a commercial carrier. After making an online inquiry on pricing I was inundated with offers ranging all along the price scale of unexpected extremely low to extremely high for a relative short distance door to door transport. After corresponding to a few service providers I decided to go with Old Towne Logistics LLC. Chris, at Olde Towne Logistics provided a price that was neither the lowest or highest. I was comfortable that his responses were prompt and honest, without any pressure from me to immediately lock in a contract. As a matter of fact, Chris had my car scheduled for pick up based on my email confirmation, and prior to me signing the contract. Although this transaction was completed over emails Chris was professional and he had the personal touch of understanding the customer desire for an uneventful door to door transport. After scheduling the transport I contact Chris once to verify the carrier contact information which was provided immediately. The carrier contracted, A&H Transport (Willie & Nicole) responded immediately to my inquiry and also kept me informed of their projected arrival. They too were very professional and kind people to do do business with. The bottom line is that my car was delivered on time and in excellent shape. Chris at Olde Towne Logistics, Willie and Nicole at A&H Transport all exceeded my high expectation. I will without hesitation highly recommend to all my friends, family and associates, Olde Towne Logistics as my first to contact and preferred auto transport service.
