Being a first-time user and hearing so many horror stories about auto transport, I was naturally apprehensive. Chris at Olde Towne Logistics put my mind at ease. From the beginning he was honest and professional, explaining the process and answering my many questions. The transporter arrived on time at the pickup location, got to my location quickly, and delivered the vehicle undamaged. I would definitely use OTL again and recommend them to my friends.
