Christian of OLDE TOWNE LOGISTICS LLC was very patient and HONEST. I would recommend my fellow military members to work with Christian. Ask questions, he'll answer, communication, was key and he provided that throughout the process and was consistent.

Christian provided me great insight of how the process of transporting a vehicle state to state operated, but more importantly the logistical process of transporting a vehicle from Fort Bliss Texas to Georgia, he explained his role and the role of the transporting company.

It was important that I was well informed to the best of my abilities of the reputations of the many service providers who flooded my inbox after I requested a vehicle transport quote online. Over a four week period I spoke with numerous brokers and utilized the BBB to read the reviews of companies throughout this market.

I realized many customers were dissatisfied because of the lack of understanding of the process and the dishonesty of the people "brokers" that they spoke with.

I learned that in the vehicle transporting market the word GUARANTEE though defined by Webster varies throughout the market, hence ask questions to gauge their honesty against the value of YOUR money and time.

I chose to work with Christian mainly because of his honesty.

He wasn't the only one that was honest he was simply the ONLY one who was FORTHCOMING with the truth. All of the others provided similar information AFTER I asked the right questions and some became IRATE because I was "trying" to speak their language.

My son's vehicle is not a luxury vehicle by far but it's his vehicle. He has a personal value.

I "called" Christian and said THANK YOU for your honesty are you available to work with me?

I elected to work with Christian and was satisfied with the transport company that he chose and the customer service provided by Christian.

This was my first experience throughout my military career of utilizing a vehicle transport service and when its time for me to move again I WILL CONTACT CHRISTIAN and will do so at least 6 weeks out for my GUARANTEE of services, though Christian made it happen in 3-4 weeks prior to my requested date my flexibility of and his diligent service has lead me to provide a lengthy perspective of a GREAT TEAMWORK with Christian being the GREAT TEAM LEADER.

I suggest that customers consider logistics, availability, and HONESTY rather than the lowest quote, because what do you gain if you have a little extra money but your mind is uneasy and your vehicle is not picked up or delivered based on a thought of guarantee.
