Transport of Jeep pickup

My son and I had a Jeep J20 pickup moved from UT to WI. It was our first auto transport. After calling and being called by numerous brokers who promised the world, I called Peggy of Olson Auto Express. I preferred to deal with a carrier. I found her name under the “Carrier” section of this review website. She told me they did not have any trucks running this route, but could broker it for me. Peggy answered my numerous questions with patience and honesty. If she could not guarantee something, she told me. She did not promise me the world, as others did, but simply said she would do her best to get this delivered on time. I felt like I could trust her; a feeling I did not get from most of the others I spoke with. She also took a smaller broker fee than the others (when they told me what the fee really was) which I felt this would get us a transport quicker. After all the conversations with other brokers, I was skeptical, but agreed to it because she was also a carrier. It was a good choice!
Peggy did an awesome job for us. She found a carrier in only a day, and sent me updates as to how our delivery was progressing. She worked out all loading time details with the seller, and informed us of them. The pickup of our vehicle was a day late due to scheduling, but they made up the time and delivered it on time to WI. Daniel, the driver from Montway Auto Carriers, did an excellent job working out a convenient time and location to unload the Jeep. He was very helpful with answering our questions, and was patient as we looked over the truck and compared it to pictures (we bought the Jeep sight unseen).
We would both recommend and use Olson Auto Express and Montway Auto Carriers again.
