I purchased a used vehicle on eBay, better than half way across the country. I began to shop around for a transport company and started with the larger carriers, but after ready the feed back posted on various websites, I decided to look at the reviews rather than the size of the company.

I found that Olson Auto Express had excellent reviews and decided to give them a try. I filled out the on-line quote request form and was pleasantly surprised that it would be almost half of what the larger carriers were looking for.

I called Peggy and explained that this was my first time doing this and she gladly went over all of my questions and eased my concerns. Peggy and I discussed my options and I decided that an enclosed transporter would work best for me. Even before Peggy and I spoke, she went on-line to get a picture of my vehicle, a 1962 Willys Wagon, to become familiar with its size and shape. In my case Peggy acted as a broker for my requested transport. Olson Auto Express vets all of the contract carriers that they use.

Peggy explained that it might take a few days to line up a transporter, which worked out well as I was going to be on vacation for 10 days. She followed up every day or two until she found a transporter for me. Once that was done, she followed up to see if I was contacted by the driver.

The pick up went well and so did the delivery, the driver was extremely flexible with the delivery and was ahead of schedule, but waited for me to return from vacation

I was leery at first, but this process went flawlessly, I would highly recommend Olson Auto Express.
