Dishonest company

This company has poor customer service and dishonest reps. I was told certain specs re weight allowed in the car and process for dispatch confirmation and neither were true (even after specifically reconfirming with the rep (Krystal Pierce). I called and left multiple voice mails and emails and did not get a response after numerous attempts to follow up on the pick up day and after. Then when I had my husband call from another phone number Krystal responded (so she clearly was avoiding taking my calls). She then promised to call us back to address the outstanding issues and we never heard back. I would NOT recommend using this company. Not only is there service poor but I believe they are trying to scam.

we are an auto transport company. this customer confused our services for uhaul. when the driver showed up to pick up her vehicle it was over loaded with personal belongings and household goods. our drivers have to go thru weigh stations and if the truck is over loaded he can get fined. we apologize we couldn't transport all your personal belongings. we did provide the services that were requested at the same contracted rate. best of luck
