I'm sorry you feel you had an unpleasent experience with my company. At the time of booking your order and as stated on your your contract you must have signed on when your car is available for pick up. We don't pick up cars at our convience, we schedule pick-ups ariund the clients needs. You where contacted by phone and emailed several times to explain the driver encountered hazardous weather conditions and there was going to be a slight delay, which is out of our control. I'm sorry you feel this way.
