My broker Elizabeth was awesome to work with. Very accommodating and communication was amazing. The challenge was finding a driver which the broker cannot control. Customers need to be conscious of that. Got my bike and all luggage attached in great condition. The driver was pleasant and kept me informed of my ETA.
