Let’s start off by just saying Gino is a liar . Once my vehicle was assigned to a driver the driver was very rude. The driver asked if I can meet him at a different location for my vehicle to be picked up. The driver never had my drop off location. I had to text the driver after Gino would never respond to my text, emails or call. Let me guess my information is not in the system. This company is a fraud . I knew I should have never used them. The driver told me to meet him at 8pm at night to pick up my vehicle. I have so much more I could say about this company. Whatever you do save your time , money and energy with using this company. Road runner is a better company you can acutely track your vehicle. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING SCAMMED. The driver was very rude from the start, Gino was very unprofessional from the start , he is a liar and all he cares about is the Money. It’s fine because karma is a bitch and I wish you well you dumb fuck !!
