I would never use Onroad Transport and Logistics again. I had a horrible experience with Liz. She was great with contacting me at first and quick to respond throughout the process, but she took forever to find me a driver. I started working with her 4 weeks before my car needed to be shipped. I told her I needed my vehicle to be delivered by May 16 or 17th. She told me that I should expect my car to be picked up on May 11th or 12th, but that date came around and I still did not have a driver planned. I had to contact her multiple times begging her to find me a driver. I was so freaked out about her not finding me a driver that I almost went with another company at the last second. She also upped the price by a couple hundred dollars claiming that the other company I consulted with started a bidding war, which drove up the prices. However, that would have never happened if she had set me up with a driver before I begged her for days. She was also incredibly rude and disrespectful. During one phone call, she took another random call and kept me on the line while she told them that she was making me sweat in retaliation for asking another company for a quote. The experience was so bad that I will be driving my car back across the country.
