They charge a $200 booking fee, which is too expensive, especially if you book a lot of trips. Once they get those $200 from you, you’re on your own. They don’t care if your car is picked up as promised, they don’t care if they don’t honor their word, they change the prices whenever they want, and don’t respect the meaning of a contract.
