Would never use Orange Auto again. Sounded promising when I called over a month in advance to have my car shipped from CA to NJ and that it would be delivered on time. Things that went wrong: car was picked up aug 5th (driver was late and asked for a tip), but didn't leave CA until aug 10th (for a scheduled delivery by the 14th), car was finally delivered Aug 18th, but instead of being deivered to my home, I had to drive 45 minutes to pick up the car, upon picking up the car, the car was missing all of its gas (had shipped it with a 1/4 tank of gas). All Orange will do for you is take a deposit and schedule the pick up. When you want to know where your car is and when it will be delivered, they will pawn you off to the driver/dispatcher who will never call you back so you are left in the dark. Instead of being honest and telling me that the car left CA a few days late, they lied and told me the truck broke down along the way. When I asked for some reimbursement for the delay, headache and missing gas, Orange never called me back. Avoid them at all cost.
