This process turned out to be simpler and less stressful than I anticipated. The company's web site and communications seemed professional, which suggested to me that the service would be too. The proposed rate wasn't the lowest, but I liked the fact that no deposit was due until the shipper was lined up. I also liked the clear, prompt and patient communications. My car arrived quickly, despite tough winter weather. The driver was great - his wife kept me updated en route and we were able to work out convenient pick up locations at each end. I didn't have any issues, so I can't address how the company responds when there are problems.
