First of all this transport company arrived at my parents house at 1230 am after midnight. They were supposed to be there a day prior before I fly to my military duty station. My mother is an elderly person and had her outside after midnight. What kind of company would do that? When my vehicle arrived to my location I had to walk a mile to get. I was promised door to door service I noticed that my reverse camera in my vehicle was working. I notified the driver and let him know but he was no help. Keep in mind prior to get my vehicle shipped I had a certified dealer put my car on a machine and check everything from A to Z as well as the certified audio system dealer who installed ensure everything was working properly. Documents can be provided.

I was on the phone with a person from the company who has worked there for 6 yrs as he stated telling him the issue. He is telling me that it is an electrical problem. This person wasnt there during the loading or off loading phrase. I explained to him when they delivered my vehicle a mile away they took it off the trailer hard. I am telling him it could be a possibility that it could have jarred or loosen something in my vehicle during the off loading or perhaps the loading phrase. He is telling me it’s not possibility as if incident like this don’t happen. I got tired of talking to this person because I was getting nowhere. The customer service isn’t what it used to be these days. This was the worst service I have ever experiences. I will never use this company again...My advice to paying customers to look into another company for your transport needs, this has been a horrible experiences..I normally don’t write negativity like such but I will never use this company again.
