I was in a bind and needed to get my truck shipped home to Houston from L.A., but had no time to research alternatives. It was late Saturday morning, and I needed the truck to be picked up on the next day. Bruce called me within 10 minutes of my initial inquiry, and explained the entire process to me in clear terms, and gave me a firm bid at that time. Although several other firms also contacted me by email, only Bruce took the initiative and time to call me directly on the phone on a Saturday, 1 day before I needed to ship the car. This attention to customer service and my specific requirements won the bid straightaway. The truck was picked up on time and exactly as arranged, and was delivered 3 days later to my driveway in Houston. The driver was extremely courteous, both at pick up and delivery. I was very pleased with the service, the price, the ability to work out the timings, and the professional treatment of all contractural terms and communications. The entire process was smooth and painless for me, and I would most definately call PDQ again. Thanks!
