Good communication but late with pick up then stiffed with ez pass

They were one day late picking up when specifically stated needed the original date. Did deliver one day later but got a citation from NY for ez pass violation. Attempted to get taken care of by them then told I had to send all info. They sent me paper work with wrong dates (estimated) and wrong color of car so said to heck with it after numerous conversations and email. Paid the fine cause my car tag was getting ready to be turned in for NC due to transport to MA to my son. Very poor service when late, asking me to handle a violation that was fradualent from trucker, who claimed paid toll but doubt he had an ezpass in NY/NJ. Nice folks but do not stand behind their committment. (By the way when talking to Bruce glad I found a NC company only to find out he is out of Florida and even blasted FL companies. What I learned doesn't matter the person you contract with they send out to true carriers and you are clueless as to that individual ratings. Beware with transporting your vehicle.
Would love for them to reimburse but doubt it will happen.

We emailed the information per Sherry's request, not once or twice, but four times with the correct dates. We did everything she asked us to do, but unfortunately, she chose to disregard the emails and called when she couldn't understand the receipt with dates. Sorry, but we did our best to accommodate her.
