First timer - GREAT EXPERIENCE

I have never shipped a vehicle before and I read many reviews online of other companies and horror stories. Since I was moving from the Chicagoland area to East LA on a budget I had to find a company that was affordable but still with great quality. I called PDQ and spoke with Missy and had millions of questions. She was absolutely FABULOUS. Extremely patient with my concerns and me calling again and again with more questions. The major thing I loved was being able to put 100 lbs of items in my car for this move. Most companies do not allow that and I definitley needed to utilize all the shipping of boxes savings I could get. The one concern I had was when I was told I would receive a call the day before to coordinate what time the truck would arrive. As the late evening approached and I still I hadn't heard from anyone I got nervous they forgot. I called Missy and told her I haven't heard from anyone - within 5 minutes the truck driver called me to coordinate. Talk about great service! Plus, he showed up 15 mins early to my house the next day and picked up my truck. Being a nervous reck that I am, I explained to him how I had things inside of my vehicle and I was worried if things may get stolen. Missy assured me that has never happened and it would be nothing to worry about. And when it arrived, everything was there!
I was not able to be there for the pick-up in CA. My boyfriend was the one who had to get it. The driver coordinated with him when he would arrive and he dropped it off. That was awesome to be able to not have to be there for the drop off. Being as young as I am having to plan this whole shipment by myself - this company made my first big move such a relief during a stressful time. I would absolutely use this company again and recommend them. Their customer service and patience is wonderful. Also, you can call them at ANY TIME to find out the status of your vehicle while it is in transit. They work late hours so you have the option to call at almost any time.
Although it was a bit expensive (since my vehicle is a midsize SUV), I found it to be a middle range price compared to others that I researched. In the long run, it was worth just a little bit of the extra money to have SUCH GREAT SERVICE.
