I released another transport company after two weeks of excuses. Bruce at PDQ had a driver scheduled to pick up my car by the afternoon of the day I first contacted him. The driver had a rough trip with terrible weather conditions, but kept me informed the whole way, and was only slightly later than originally anticipated. Car was delivered safe and sound, and in great condition, so I was VERY happy with the service rendered. will definitely be using PDQ in the future. I was surprised when my Jaguar XK8 arrived in an ENCLOSED transporter, as I thought I had just paid for an open trailer. I would have been happy to pay what I did for an open trailer, given the quick service, and in the dead of winter, so the enclosed trailer was really a pleasant surprise!
