Spoke with Bruce. Picked this company because I looked at the reviews and this one was the most recent that had good reviews. I also had difficulty finding someone who could get the car to its destination at the time my son needed it. It was a little at the last minute. The guy who picked up the car was on time and thorough. The car actually arrived the day after we flew into Philladelphia which was 5 days early! The only problem was that the carrier who delivered the car sent a driver that spoke no English. We expected the car to be delivered to our hotel; however, we finally ascertained that he was at the K-Mart down the road and we had to find our way there. Being totally new to Philly. we had no clue where K-Mart was. Our Sheraton hotel shuttle driver was kind enough to drive my son to K-Mart but when he got there, he couldn't find the driver because the driver couldn't explain where the car was located. He wasn't in the parking lot but in the back of the K-Mart in the delivery area! PDQ was great but the carrier should have told us that we would have to pick up our car somewhere else. I was told that it would be delivered to the door. Bruce was fantastic and I will use him to get the car home in December but I hope that I don't have to deal with that same driver. I need to be able to communicate with him/her.
