Our experience from start to finish was GREAT! We made our 1st. phone call to PDQ Auto Movers
on 10/22 at 5pm. The gentleman that took the call was very friendly and professional. He put
in our request to have a Dodge Challenger Limited Edition transported from Pinckney, MI
to Ft.Lauderdale, FL. We were given an confirmation and told some one will follow up the
next morning. The next morning we were contacted by Missy from the PDQ office,
who finialized our order, let us know exactly when the driver was going to pick up the car.
We were very luck and the transporter happened to be in MI. We were told that he would
pick the car up that very day. She informed us that we could expect the car by Monday or
Tuesday. She finalized our sale, and we received a confirmation via email from her with in
a few minutes. We were Super impressed with the professionalism and and quick response.
That after noon we received a call from the owner of the transporter who informed us that
they had the vehicle on the truck, and they were on there way. He was super informative,
and let us know exactly what stops the driver had to make on his way to Ft. Lauderdale.
He reconfirmed that they should arrive to us on Monday or Tuesday. On Friday, the actual
driver called us to give us an update, and said he might a day early, which would get the car
to us on Sunday. On Saturday, we received a call from the driver that said he would meet
us a 8pm to deliver the car. WOW, what timing!!! The driver was very nice and on top
of everything.
We are business owners, and we pride ourselves in perfection and how business operate.
I can't say enough great things about our experience. 100% on everything.
