We shipped a car for our daughter to have at college, while we flew there. We had a short window to receive the car, as I wanted to be there and we were just going to be there 3 days to drop her off and move her in. Bruce made sure it happened and everything went smoothly. It was our first experience, and Bruce's knowledge and confidence (and patience with my questions) put us at ease.
