I could not be more satisfied with the care, efficency , and speed for my move. I emailed PDQ for a quote for transporting a car I purchased over the internet on Ebay from Jacksonville Florida to
San Jose california. I emailed my request on Fri. March 27 PM. and recieved an answer on Sat march 28AM ,2009. I had already recieved other quotes and PDQ's quote was not the lowest but it was also not the higest, so because of their 5 star rating I decided to use PDQ , another reason
is I was in a hurry and PDQ works 7 day a week , over the weekend they arranged to pick up my car at the car lot in JacksonVille, on monday march 30 2009, with a delivery date in San Jose , Ca., of Tuesday april 7,. The delivery truck driver phoned me on Tue. that he would be here late in the afternoon ,maybe at dusk, he asked if I would prefer a daytime delivery the next day as that would allow him to make some pickups beyond San Jose and then return to drop off my car, I told him that would be perfectly Ok., and I got my car around noon on april 8,2009. I saw the negitive ding PDQ recieved on march 25, and I think it is totally UNWARRENTED, I have owned small size and full size trucks and there is a big differance between them. My car was unloaded right in front of my house and driven and parked right in my driveway. After watching the puzzle like method of loading and unloading a car off the car carrier I can see where it would cause a big problem not knowing the exact type of vehicle you are to pickup. Gary and Missy are the best trust them!!!
