I recently had PDQ mover transport my vehicle from Atlanta, GA to San Francisco, CA. I was very impressed with their level of professionalism from start to finish on the move. Bruce gave me a quote withing 30 seconds of gathering the information he needed. The quote was exact, it did not cost me one penny more when my vehicle arrived. Mike, the driver, called me when he was withing two hours of my home and gave me an exact time he would be there to pick-up the vehicle. He arrived on-time. It took him all of 15 minutes to fill-out paperwork, photograph the and load it onto the enclosed truck. I was very impressed with his efficiency. I told him that my flight was arriving in San Francisco the following Monday at 1:00pm. We touched base that morning and he had the truck delivered to my door within 15 minutes of my arrival. It was very impressive. Additionally, Mike was courteous and had a great understanding of the process of delivery. He knew that the large truck would not be allowed into San Francisco and moved the car onto a smaller truck for delivery prior to my arrival. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the service at PDQ and will recommend them to any of my friends.
