Originally, I had another company bid my shipment - what a nightmare. I am still trying to get a refund from that company. They even double charged me for a shipment - a shipment that never happened.

In contrast - dealing with Kelly at PSI was a joy and communications were answered quickly and directly. I just would never go anywhere else again. The whole experience was just so much easier when you deal with real professionals.
