After taking a small deposit and promising to not charge my credit card further because this was cash due upon delivery, repeat attempts to contact Pacific Lines Logistics to discuss and negotiate pickup dates became impossible. Long story short, Pacific Lines Logistics charged my credit card for the full amount, never showed up with a truck to move my vehicle. Credit card payment has now been frozen and I've needed to file formal complaint with the Florida Attorney General's office for investigation of interstate fraud. Plenty of honest shippers out there. But in my opinion, one who does not deliver their promised service once they get your credit card info and charge you for all of it and then vanish, is not one of them. BEWARE!
