I was in contact with John who was very helpful when I was trying to book. I asked many questions as friends told me to in regards to what can be put in the car and what can't. I also discussed payment options besides cash as my company was paying for this. He helped arrange a driver, but after that I never heard back and had many issues. The driver told me I was told wrong by John and that my car had to be empty. John told me I could have stuff in the car as long as it didn't go above the windows. I was then told I would be charged $200 more or he'd not put it on the truck. I already paid the deposit when booking. I was no longer in that state and felt my hands were tied. I couldn't get updates online and the driver wouldn't give me an update until the day before. Then the driver calls and says he cannot drop off at my place and that I have to go several miles away to meet him. AND gave me a 4 hour window of when he could be there. This was not in a safe area of Atlanta. Then says he will ONLY accept cash. I would NEVER use this company again. So Shady!!
