I have never shipped a vehicle before so this was a 'first' for me. I really didn't know much about the process and began a 'blind' search for a good transport company. Several companies submitted bids via the ebay shipping/bidding link and most were fairly consistent in price with one another.

The bid for Pacman was slightly lower than most, but wasn't the lowest - very little differences though - probably $50 either way. I searched reviews for the top two companies I considered and Pacman's reviews were excellent. The other company I was considering had a real mixed bag of feedback, so I chose Josh at Pacman.

I can't tell you how great a job he did. The experience was painless, and he not only explained everything clearly, but he handled all of the details, including contacting the seller to keep him informed. The car was in a remote area of the country, so the timing on pickup took a little bit longer than any of us expected, but that is NOT Josh's fault. Again, he kept me informed of the progress the ENTIRE time.

He did not accept any payment until the car was loaded on the transport; this is a better but different policy than some of the other companies I talked with - they were going to take their payment up front. I preferred this and feel it is a very honest way to operate. Once the car was loaded, Josh asked if he could charge the card and gave me all of the contact info for the dispatcher at that time.

The delivery went off very smoothly with the driver calling me to keep me informed. Josh then followed up to make sure all was completed and was sincerely interested in ANY issues or problems. This was easy because there were none. I highly recommend Pacman & Josh to anyone having to ship a car!!!
