I'd use Pacman again!

Our vehicle destination was on the western side of the mountains west of Denver. Josh advised with his initial quote that the load might have trouble attracting a carrier due to the destination. Others I spoke to agreed with this assessment after I raised the issue and then advised their initial quotes would not be sufficient for the load. I awarded the job to Josh because he was realistic up front even though he knew his initial quote would appear high. We posted the load in accordance with his original recommendation, which was in line with other brokers' revised recommendations. The load was accepted by a carrier within 24 hours, picked up 12 hours later, and delivered about 4 days after that. I think our pricing was right on the mark for attracting a carrier for this out of the way location. Everything went smoothly, Josh stayed in the loop the entire time, and kept us informed. My advice to others: remember this is trucking. There could be issues with weather, mechanical problems, scheduling other cars on/off the load, etc. Be flexible and realistic in your expectations. I would recommend Pacman and Josh to anyone contemplating shipping their vehicle(s).
