Horrible. Was told they would deliver my car between 10p and 1 am Tuesday night with a one hour heads up. I agreed to this and said 1 am at the latest, because I have a 10 month old baby. I tried to reach out to a driver during this time but got no response. No one called me until 230 am when I received 8 missed calls and voicemails back to back (they refuse to tell me which driver this was, but his number was 917-281-7041). Highly inappropriate. I reached out Wednesday regarding this and was told someone would be here between noon and 2pm. It’s now past 3pm and I have called again, to find out my car is in a terminal in Philadelphia and is unable to be shipped until Friday. Anthony, Nick, David, Bob and Sean are all incompetent and inconsiderate. Wouldn’t be surprised if my car never shows up. Do NOT use this company (Safeway Auto Transportation out of Kentucky uses this company to ship). UPDATE: My car has finally arrived. not to my house, to the highway outside of my house. I am 5 months pregnant and have a 10 month old baby and literally had to go on the highway to meet the driver and pick up my car because the driver was too incompetent to be able turn into the neighborhood!! Which is a very large street always having moving trucks in and out. Pure incompetence all around.
