Absolutely Horrible DO NOT TRUST THEM

It seems that the experience I had with Paper Impex USA is the same as other individuals on this site. Paper Impex was hired by FrancisGO to Transport my new car. I received my vehicle on April 2, 2020 late, around 6:45 PM. I believe it was deliberately delivered late so that I would not pay attention that it was not delivered as agreed, on a flatbed car transport truck. The car was apparently delivered to the Paper Impex USA location in Philadelphia, PA and apparently sat there in a lot for several days. The contact person there kept telling us that he was "waiting" for a smaller truck to transport the car to NY. Then the story was he couldn't find a driver. Well the car was delivered to me not on a flatbed car transport truck, but apparently driven from their location in Philadelphia, PA to NY. I have video of the car being driven into our business location, not only one car, but two additional cars and drivers. They were on their way to drop off another car. Clearly, locating a driver was so difficult he was able to locate three! When I looked over the car, I noticed a small ding in the passenger door, the car was filthy and the driver's side area was full of mud, including the door. The front part of the car was also full of mud. As I took a picture of the odometer reading before leaving Arizona and once it arrived in NY I noticed a significant amount of mileage driven. The car screen was also changed from showing the mileage to a completely different screen so that I had to really search to locate the mileage screen. The car had over 178+ miles more than it had before leaving Arizona. It's am amazing that is the EXACT amount of mileage from the Paper Impex USA in Philadelphia, PA to my home in NY. THIS IS NOT WHAT WAS AGREED UPON! If I wanted the car driven from AZ to NY I would have driven it myself. Having a stranger in my NEW car driving from PA to NY is not what I wanted! THIS WEAR AND TEAR WAS NOT AUTHORIZED AND I DO NOT KNOW WHAT OTHER DAMAGED WAS INCURRED DURING THE LONG DRIVE FROM PHILADELPHIA, PA TO NY! These guys lie, lie, lie. They say to contact their so-called Claims Department to file a claim. I clearly believe the "Claims Department" does not exist. DO NOT USE THEM!
