I am rating 5 star, although my pick up was a little delayed. However, circumstances for the special vehicle, required a special lift truck which was an extra day out of reach. Tony would rather risk the day, than send the vehicle on the wrong kind of truck.

My situation was time sensitive, and in the end, Paragon booked this with a great driver (Rick) and he made it here about 12 hours ahead of schedule. Rick was also an excellent communicator, and our agreed meeting place and time went flawless. I agreed to meet him at an Interstate Exit, which would help him stay on the beaten path.

Paragon Transport was an honest company to play "middle person" in a long distance transaction. Tony was never hard to get a hold of, answered all correspondence quickly, and truly cared about the quality of service. A lessor company would have booked the first truck in the area who could make this run; Tony waited for the right truck. Price was very competitive, as well.
