So, the quote stated "this may not be the cheapest quote you'll receive, but it will be the most accurate". The quotes from all offers were from $750 - $1200. Paragon's was $975. I was after service, not a 'deal', After reviewing many transport companies that bombarded my inbox and voice mail (Paragon did neither, only 2 emails from them), I was quite skeptical of the whole process, and considered flying back to Arizona to drive the vehicle out myself. I did find a few blogs that mentioned the great and honest service from Paragon, and since the message in the quote seemed to match the comments by another user, I went with them.

I had originally given myself about 6 weeks to plan the move, and then let that slip. When I finally decided to firm up the date, I called Tony on Wednesday. By Thursday he had it scheduled, and on Friday my 2007 Buick LaCrosse was picked up. He said that they would have it to me in 4-6 days which was certainly fast enough. On Monday (3 days later), the driver called and said he'd be in town later that day, and sure enough, the car was unloaded by 9PM Monday night.

I truly appreciated honesty. As I mentioned earlier, I've had the 'deal' with other transactions before, and just want an honest price. Tell me what it really costs, and I'll deal with it as I understand that everyone has to make money. I was pleased that I didn't get a low-ball offer, I was not hounded by telephone, my email inbox was not jammed with daily messages, and that all written communication had correct grammar and spelling which tells me that Paragon at least cares enough about its business to at least proofread their website and contracts.


If I had to transport another car, I'd certainly call Tony again.
