The company contracted to pick up my car didn't show on the original day. I was worried, however Parker contacted them to make sure they picked up my car the following day (you have to give a 3 day window). All was well after that and my car was delivered just fine. It was nice to have Parker on my side instead of me dealing with that company on my own. Summer is busy for moving, things happen ... all in all I was pleased, and I would use Parker again.
