This was my first time having a car shipped so I did a ton of research. Quotes varied and while cheaper doesn't necessarily mean better I decided to gamble! I couldn't have gotten a better company!! Joanne handles all the sales and calls and no matter what day or time of day she'll answer the phone; I actually caught her in the grocery store one day! ;) If the phone isn't answered she'll call you back in 20 minutes tops. Joanne kept me informed through email on the status of the car and reassured me that everything would be fine. There wasn't a doubt that our car was well taken care of! Our car was picked up promptly and dropped off early! Even though they're small they were wonderful and you should use them!! Thank you Parker Trucking!!
