We had given our order to another transport company a month before we were to be on the plane from AZ to Pa. I constantly called to verify we had a carrier in line to pick up the cars before we had to leave. They were mostly unresponsive and heading into the weekend before we had to leave they still had no carrier for us. I called Joanne at Parker Auto desperate. She and her husband were extremely nice to us. Since they were local, on a Sunday they allowed us to take our cars to their house so we could be sure they would be picked up after we left for Pa. They got us a carrier within one day. We had to leave AZ but felt very secure that our cars were in good hands. They were extremely nice, honest and accommodating. If they had not helped us out I don't know what we would have done. Thanks again Joanne.
