Had a very easy and positive experience with this company. Joanne Parker of Parker Auto Transport did not charge my credit card until she had a driver. Driver was extremely polite and efficient. Since I could not be sure when I would be at the destination to pick up my vehicle, Joanne and the driver agreed to hold it on their lot, at no charge, until I could pick it up, since their lot was in the city I was transporting the vehice to.
