Michael stepped me through every turn in the process. When I called to lock in the contract, he
explained their fee up front. He told me how much the driver would receive. Once he located a
driver, he called me and stated that the driver needed an extra $150 to cover extra fuel cost,
but Michael offered to split it with me at $75 each. I approved it because I understood his need
and he called to confirm the change with me. First class individual. Car was supposed to arrive
on Friday, January 30th. It arrived on Wednesday, January 28th. Igor, the driver, was very nice
and the cars VIR had been pre-filled out very thoroughly. I was impressed by their detail. This
was the best experience and communication I've ever had with a Transport company. I've put
Passport Auto Transport into my cell phone just in case I buy another vehicle out of state.
