THE WORST TRANSPORT COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!

I have never had a more unprofessional experience then what I went through with Passage Auto Transport. I dealt with a guy named Todd. He is in charge of finding a open trailer to transport my Lincoln Navigator. This guy was calling me consistently when he was trying to secure my businrss. He made all kinds of promises that he never followed through on. My vehicle was supposed to have been picked up on April 26th 2015.

My family and I was moving from Arizona to Michigan. I paid my $75 deposit and the cost I was told to move my vehicle was $785. When it was time to pick up my truck that Sunday nobody called and nobody showed. That completely ruined my plans! So on Monday I called that moron Todd and he said sorry the driver can't come. I asked why didn't I receive a call, email or text and he had no logical or legitimate answer.

Then I found out they raised the price on me without telling me. His excuse was the driver had mechanical problems and they would find me another driver in a few hours.. So I waited all day Monday and this idiot never called me back. We already gave up our rental house so we had to spend money on a hotel. The. I spoke to Armani who is also a moron and a idiot. He said he would find me something and would call back in 1 hour.

Obviously I never heard back from him either. The only thing they did right was refund me $75 deposit. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. If you are serious about having your car shipped I would trust this company to transport me down the street. It is now my mission to let as many people as possible know that passage auto transport is a scam company a d they can't be trusted to deliver on their word or a signed contract.

I want to tell Todd and Armani to kiss my ass and I hope you have to go through what you have put so many customers through. This isn't even a 1 star company much less a 5 star company. Whoever rated these idiots 5 stars probably already works for this scam company. My entire move back to Michigan was a horrible travesty thanks to passage auto transport. Nice job assholes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
