As stated in the Shipping Agreement that you signed, all refund requests must be made via email to info@passageautotransport.com. The billing dept at Passage Auto Transport was given no notification that you were interested in cancelling your order with us, if so there would be no issues. We see in our records that you spoke with Karen numerous of times as well as the dispatcher many times. If you would like to request a refund all you have to do is send a email to info@passageautotransport.com and fill out the refund form that will be sent to you. Your refund then will be processed asap. Our 24 customer service is also always available at 844-332-7020, they can assist you as well.
