From the time I spoke with Karen in Tennessee, I was very comfortable and could "trust" this company. There are brokers out there who want all the money up-front before they deliver your car. Can one really trust a company who does business like that? There was another company who sent me an initial fee, but when it was time to sign the document. The fee went up $200. Who does that? **You can contact me to avoid that business**. That company was very shady and their phone number was listed for California and they were based in Florida!

Anyway, Karen from Passage Auto Transport found a great auto transport company for me - "Connecticut Auto Transport". Sean C. was my driver and he was very transparent. Always contacted me to communicate the pick-up and 2 days later, his wife called me for a prompt delivery. Great experience with my luxury vehicle.

Extremely happy with this process from broker to driver. I would recommend these folks to anyone who requires a professional and honest operation.
