We had a little trouble getting the emailed contract but that was because the email address given to them by the web site was incomplete. Once the contract came and was signed the pickup happened less than 24 hours later. Everyone was very courteous and helpful and our car made it there in less than 24 hrs! Much cheaper and less stressful than if we had used uhaul and done it ourselves. Thank you. If the need arises again we won't hesitate to call again.
