Dear Vishnu Gupta,
We are sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience with your car carrier that was assigned to your order. We have used them many times before with no issues and the have a 100% rating with the FMCSA. We must say after this incident with your vehicle we will not be using them again. Your vehicle was 100% insured while in transport. Michael who is in our customer service dept. has been in contact with you many times regarding your claim against the carrier's insurance company and was assisting you with that. We also have a 24/7 Customer Service call center that you are able to call anytime. We are always here to help and assist you with anything that you need! Regarding the door to door service, we 100% provide door to door service....the carrier will always pick up and deliver as close and legally possible to the actual addresses given. We wish you the best and please remember that we are still always here if you need our assistance with the carrier's insurance company. Thank you.
